Do I have to pay sales taxes?
We charge sales tax only in Massachusetts, Tennessee and Virginia where we or our Distributor has facilities in the state.

How do I Order?

Orders may be placed online at by following the steps below

Or you may call our Customer Service Department at (888) 341-1386 to place your order over the phone.

Step 1 - Add items to your shopping cart

  • Your shopping cart works as a real shopping cart. You can simply add items as well as remove them.
  • To add an item select the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". This will take you to your shopping cart.
  • To revise the quantity enter the amount desired, to remove and item revise to a quantity of zero and then click “Recalculate ".
  • To add another product, select the item and click "Add to Cart".
  • When you have completed your shopping, click, "Proceed to Checkout".

Step 2 - Account Information

  • If you have a East Coast Music account, enter your login and password OR create a new account.  Complete our One Page Checkout by entering academic, shipping and contact information.
  • Select your method of payment and shipping preference. Click "Purchase".

Step 3 - Academic/Eligibility Documentation

  • Most of the products we offer are available to the academic community (and others) at great discounts!  Please note that Academic Discounted Products are functionally the same as the non-discounted product offered to the general public and seldom are there any differences.  Products ordered as Academic Discounted required (as identified in the Academic Eligibility tab section of each product) are only available to students, teachers, schools, and other individuals and organizations.  With these products you are required to document or verify your eligibility with us.  Please verify your academic eligibility by using the following steps: 

  • Upon completing your order please note your order number.
  • Fax us a copy of the required eligibility documents as described below to (877) 217-0113
  • Make an image of your school ID or other documentation by using a scanner, a digital camera or the camera in your cell phone.
  • Then download to your computer and email us your image (*.jpg or *.gif if convenient) to or email directly from your phone.
Please include your order number on the email or fax.

Step 4 - Shipping


Upon receiving your order and your academic/eligibility documentation we will complete processing and ship your order.  You will receive an email when we have processed your order.  When your order is shipped and the tracking number is available we will post the tracking number to your account..

What are my payment choices?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards and also personal checks, money orders and bank certified checks.  We accept Purchase Orders from schools and other institutions.

For order to be paid via personal or business checks, money orders, bank certified checks, please indicate your order number when sending payment.  Orders for in-stock items that are paid by Money order, Bank Certified Check or Credit Card are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order receipt provided valid verification has been received.

All orders that are paid by Personal and Business Checks and are "cleared" will be processed and shipped within 24 hours providing valid verification has been received. 

For clearing purposes, Personal and Business Checks over $1,000 are held 10 business days before we ship order.

No surcharge is added for credit card orders.

Your credit card is not charged until we ship your product.
