Return & Refund Policy East Coast Music wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Please email us with any questions or concerns. Our policies, terms and conditions are subject to change, so please
check our statements regularly.
Please note that we cannot cancel or change orders once an order has been shipped. If you do not want an order that has been shipped but not delivered, it is best to refuse delivery and have the USPS or other carrier return it to the sender. When an order is submitted, our Shipping Department ships the order quickly and Sheet Music downloads are delivered immediately after an order is placed. If your order has not been shipped then you can cancel or change your order.
If we are sold out or out of stock we will immediately notify you via email you. We may back-order your order and ship it to you immediately after receiving our factory shipment or in order to save time we may have the manufacturer ship your order directly to you. You can cancel the back-order at anytime if it has not been shipped by emailing us.
We guarantee that all merchandise are free of
manufacturing defects and we will immediately
ship you a replacement order if the merchandise is found to be
defective. Defective
orders must be reported within 15
days of delivery.
Please be advised that we have an "All Sales Are Final" Policy and returns or exchanges are not provided. As an authorized dealer for many manufacturers and due to licensing and copyright restrictions, East Coast Music seldom accept returns. The customer is encouraged to be careful when placing an order and to be sure that the item and shipping method that they have selected is the one they want. If you want us to consider a refund due to special circumstances please email us.
