Here is a small overview of the huge PRS Guitar factory. It is a very impressive 25,000 square foot factory that is completely designed for guitar building. You will also see that new PRS guitars are not made solely by a machine (contrary to some peoples beliefs) and that there are tons of people there gluing, staining, sanding, spraying, assembling, etc. The C&C machines they use are for carving the neck and bodies. This enables PRS to have the most consistent quality. We had a great time while down there and would like to thank PRS Guitars for the hospitality. We hope you enjoy.
